The Rancho Mirage High School Instrumental Music Boosters is a non-profit organization that exists exclusively for the sole purpose of supporting the Band and Guard students and program at Rancho Mirage High School.

To provide moral and financial support, accept and disburse funds, and otherwise assist the entire Band and Guard students, through cooperation with and guidance from the band director, in the pursuit of these objectives, the Band Boosters will neither seek to direct the administrative activities of the program nor control its policies.

The Booster’s promote, facilitate, assist and encourage a spirit of fellowship and cooperation among the membership of the Band Boosters and the community. To work in cooperation with the members of the school district and public and private entities to support the Band and Guard program.

 

The Band Booster Organization is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, within the meaning of section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code of 1954, as amended (“Code”). All references to the code contained herein are deemed to include corresponding provisions of any future United States internal revenue law or regulation.
